Information we process

• Account email, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
• Plan, subscription, billing status, and Stripe customer or payment references.
• Projects, uploaded artwork and images, generated AI designs, downloads, and exports.
• Etsy account and shop connection metadata, shop identifiers, scopes, and encrypted Etsy access and refresh tokens.
• Feature usage records, AI allowance and credit activity, admin/support audit records, and technical or security logs.
• Messages and details you choose to provide when requesting support.

Payments are processed by Stripe. GetMartea does not receive full payment card details.

How information is used

We process information to authenticate accounts; operate projects, generation, mockups, downloads, and Etsy connections; administer subscriptions and Extra AI Credits; prevent fraud and secure the service; respond to support; diagnose failures; maintain audit trails; and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and integrations

GetMartea uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Stripe for payments and billing; OpenAI for requested AI generation functionality; and the Etsy API for shop-connected features. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We share only information reasonably needed to provide the requested functionality.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed to operate your account and for legitimate billing, security, dispute, audit, backup, or legal purposes. Account deletion may remove application records, owned project data, stored owned files, and Etsy connection records. Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary, and Stripe-controlled financial records are not necessarily deleted with your GetMartea account.

Security

We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including encrypted storage for Etsy tokens. No system can provide absolute security. Protect your password and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Never send support your password, card details, API keys, or Etsy tokens.

International processing

GetMartea and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Appropriate provider and contractual safeguards may apply where required.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. Rights vary by location. Use Customer Support for privacy or account-deletion requests.

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
