Subscriptions and payment

GetMartea offers Basic, Plus, and Premium plans. Current features and prices are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; its terms may also apply to payment processing.

You may stop renewal through Account & Billing. Unless an exceptional refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically issue a refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your account and content

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity under your account. You retain your rights in designs, prompts, artwork, images, and other content you provide or create. You grant GetMartea the limited permission needed to process that content and operate requested features.

You must have the rights needed for uploads, prompts, trademarks, brands, and commercial use. AI output may not be unique and may resemble existing material. You must review output before use; GetMartea does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique, commercially suitable, or free of third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use GetMartea to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, evade service limits, interfere with security, access another account, or create fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, legal obligations, or security risks.

Etsy and other third parties

Etsy and its API are third-party services. You are responsible for your shop, listings, products, disclosures, intellectual-property compliance, and adherence to Etsy policies. Third-party availability and decisions are outside GetMartea's control.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, secure, or modify the service and its features. Interruptions can occur due to maintenance, providers, networks, or events beyond reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will post an updated effective date.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using GetMartea and request account deletion. Deletion may remove application records, owned project data, stored owned files, and Etsy connection records. Some security, billing, dispute, audit, and legally required records may be retained. Records controlled by Stripe or another provider are governed by that provider and are not necessarily erased when a GetMartea account is deleted.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GetMartea is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated here. GetMartea is not responsible for seller results, marketplace decisions, lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, GetMartea's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid GetMartea during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
